By requesting a locate, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. Limitation of Liability Our liability is strictly limited as follows: We aim to locate all underground utilities physically detectable using standard equipment. We are not responsible for undocumented utility lines or non-detectable materials. We are not liable for damage outside our marked locations. We are not liable if the required 1-metre hand dig zone is not maintained. We are not responsible for markings disturbed after site departure. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific locate service. Accuracy of Locate Results Depth: Readings are approximate estimates and never exact measurements. Undetectable Utilities: Some non-conductive utilities or unmarked lines may not be detectable. Third-Party Info: We rely on municipal records and Ontario One Call data, which may contain errors.
